Refund Policy

For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of cancellation and reflect as per your bank guidelines which is usually within 7-10 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain Return requests unless the order qualifies as a damaged product. In case you received a wrong item/product missing case

In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to hello@abhabeauty.com within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details.

  • Order ID
  • Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
  • Details of your request/Complaint
  • Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.
  • Once we receive all these details, our Customer Service team will address your query within 1-2 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays & public holidays).

In case you received a damaged item

If you claim the product leaked or it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email to hello@abhabeauty.com within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details.

  • Order ID
  • Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
  • Details of your request/Complaint
  • Images or videos to support the complaint with a batch number that is mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product
  • Once we receive all these details, our customer service team will address your query within 1-2 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays & public holidays).

In case you have concerns related to the product

If you have a product quality complaint, please write an email to hello@abhabeauty.com within 5 days of receiving the products and provide the following information. We'll review the email and respond within 24 to 48 hours:

  • Order ID
  • Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
  • Details of your request/Complaint
  • Images of products received & batch number mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product.
  • Once we receive all these details, our customer service team would like to address your issue over a call and resolve the query within 1-2 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays & public holidays).

In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you

Drop us an email at hello@abhabeauty.com within 5 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer service team will resolve it at the earliest.
